Changing or Canceling Order
Changes to your order
You cannot change your order (partially cancel or add products, change the delivery address or date, etc.) after the order has been confirmed.
If you would like to change the contents of your order, please cancel the order and place the order again.
When placing an order, please confirm the contents carefully before confirming the order.
For order details, please check "Order History" from My Page after logging in.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled up to 2:00 a.m. New York time on the order date (orders placed after 2:00 are accepted up to 2:00 the next business day).
*If the order date is a non-business day, the next business day until 2:00 (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after that time.
